Numina User Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to Numina (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), which provides services for opening cases and receiving rewards in the form of various digital assets. By using our Service, including visiting the website, registering an account, or opening cases, you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") fully agree to this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), as well as any additional rules, policies, or conditions published on the website. All aforementioned documents are collectively referred to as the "Rules".

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please immediately cease using the Service. The Service is only available to individuals over the age of 18. By continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have reached the specified age.

Numina provides an entertainment service that allows Users to open virtual cases (hereinafter referred to as "Cases ") for a fixed fee. Upon opening a Case, the User receives a random reward in the form of various digital assets or other digital rewards, selected from a predetermined pool of rewards specified on the opening page. The chances of each reward dropping are also indicated on the opening page.

  • The Service operates solely as an entertainment platform.
  • In addition to the main rewards, the User may receive additional rewards not listed on the opening page as part of special promotions or at the discretion of Numina.
  • The outcome of opening a Case is determined randomly using algorithms, and $Numinadoes not guarantee the receipt of a specific reward.

3. Changes to the Agreement and Service

3.1. Changes to the Agreement

Numina reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time at its discretion without prior notice to Users. The new version of the Agreement takes effect from the moment of publication on the website. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you automatically agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, cease using the Service.

3.2. Changes to the Service

Numina has the right to update, modify, or suspend the operation of the Service (in whole or in part) at any time without notice to Users. Access to the Service may require updating third-party software, for which Numina is not responsible.

4. User Account

4.1. To use the Service, the User must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for keeping this information up to date.

4.2. The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

4.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your password. Numina is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account, whether or not you were aware of such access.

4.4. Creating more than one account is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of access to the Service.

5. Rights and Obligations of the User

5.1. The User agrees to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
  • Not interfere with the operation of the Service, including attempts to hack, decompile, or reverse engineer it.
  • Not transfer the rights to their account to third parties.

  • Distributing the Service`s content without written permission from Numina.
  • Engaging in actions that may disrupt the normal functioning of the Service.

The User is solely responsible for any consequences of using the Service, including compliance with applicable laws.

6. Payments and Rewards

6.1. Payments

  • The cost of opening each Case is specified on the website. All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including technical failures or dissatisfaction with the outcome.
  • The User is solely responsible for paying all fees associated with funding their account or withdrawing cryptocurrency.

6.2. Rewards

  • Rewards are paid in cryptocurrency or other digital assets and are determined randomly.
  • Numina does not guarantee the stability of the value of rewards. The User assumes all risks associated with the volatility of cryptocurrency exchange rates.
  • Withdrawal of rewards is carried out through third-party services. Numina is not responsible for delays, errors, or losses during withdrawal.

6.3. Losses

Numina does not compensate for losses related to the loss of cryptocurrency or other assets during or after withdrawal from the Service.

7. Data Collection and Use

7.1. Data Collection

When using the Service, Numina may collect data about the User, including but not limited to:

  • IP address
  • User-Agent (browser and device information)
  • Data on actions on the site (opening Cases, transactions, etc.)

7.2. Use of Data

The collected data may be used for:

The User consents to the collection and use of their data in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy (if applicable).

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content of the Service, including design, text, graphics, software, and algorithms, is the property of Numina or its licensors and is protected by copyright.

8.2. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Service solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any copying, distribution, or modification of the content without written permission from Numina is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Uninterrupted operation of the Service.
  • Accuracy or reliability of the random reward selection algorithms.
  • The Service meeting the User`s expectations.

9.2. Numina is not liable for:

  • Loss of cryptocurrency due to the actions of the User, third parties, or external factors (e.g., hacking attacks on third-party wallets).
  • Technical failures, delays, or unavailability of the Service.
  • Technical failures, delays, or unavailability of third-party services interacting with the Numina Service.

10. Termination of Access

10.1. Numina reserves the right to terminate the User`s access to the Service at any time and without notice if:

  • The User violates the terms of the Agreement.
  • There are grounds to believe that the User`s actions may harm the Service or third parties.

10.2. In the event of termination of access, all unspent funds and unpaid rewards are forfeited without the right to compensation.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
